Mexican Rice

Mexican Rice

This rice is very tasty, you can eat it on it's own or as a side for your fave Mexican dish.

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice
Small jar of favourite salsa or home made
onion
taco seasoning
1 pint of vegetable stock
Quorn chicken style pieces

Preparation Method:
wash rice well to remove starch and add to a large pan (medium heat)(uncooked)
Add the jar of salsa and stir into the rice until covered
Add taco seasoning and stir
Add desired amount of Quorn pieces and pour in the vegetarian stock
Bring it to a boils and simmer on a medium heat until rice is cooked.
Serve and enjoy :)
